Bubble wrap is required for fragile items like glass, ceramics and liquids that could break or leak in transit. We check each SKU against Amazon's packaging matrix during prep.
Yes. Fragile items are bubble wrapped so they survive a 3-foot drop test — Amazon's standard — and boxed with adequate cushioning. We photograph anything that arrives damaged from your supplier so it never enters Amazon's network and you have evidence for a factory claim.
Yes. Expiration-dated units get the date printed in the Amazon-required format and position, we verify remaining shelf life meets Amazon's minimum (usually 90+ days at check-in), and we rotate stock first-expiry-first-out when replenishing from storage.
