Aventura runs on brands — and a surprising number of them are sold on Amazon from condos and small offices along Biscayne Boulevard. ProShip3PL is the prep floor behind that: about 30 minutes away in Medley, we receive your stock, inspect it, label it and forward it into FBA within 24–48 hours.
Aventura's economy is retail to its core — the mall, the boulevard, and behind them a dense layer of small commerce companies run by people who understand brands. Many are tied into Latin American trade; plenty sell beauty, fashion and lifestyle goods on Amazon as a first or second business.
What Aventura doesn't have is industrial space. There are no loading docks between the high-rises, and since January 2026 Amazon itself no longer offers FBA prep or item labeling in the US — unprepped inventory that arrives damaged or goes missing isn't even covered for reimbursement. The labeling table has to exist somewhere.
Ours is in Medley, the warehouse district on the far side of the Palmetto. From Aventura it's one clean run: Ives Dairy Road to I-95 south, SR 826 west, off at NW 103rd St. Cartons in your trunk become received, counted inventory before lunch.
If your goods come in as freight instead, they never touch Aventura at all — suppliers and forwarders deliver straight to our dock, we verify counts against your PO with photos of any damage, and prep starts the same day.
| Aventura seller fact | How it plays out |
|---|---|
| Drive to our dock | ~30 min via I-95 S and SR 826 W, exit NW 103rd St |
| Typical Aventura client | Boutique beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands; Latin American importers |
| Best inbound method | Cartons: drop off. Pallets or containers: ship direct to Medley |
| Storage | Bin and pallet racking replaces the spare-bedroom stockpile |
| After prep | Amazon MIA1 (Opa-locka) ~12 min from our dock |
Your trunk-load drop-offs and your forwarder's pallets land on the same dock, counted against your PO the day they arrive.
Damage from the factory or the flight gets documented in pictures before prep — while a claim is still worth filing.
Scan-verified barcode application, plus expiration-date labels for the skincare, fragrance and supplement lines Aventura sellers favor. See our cosmetics prep guide.
Poly bags with suffocation warnings, bubble for glass and pumps, and multipacks or gift sets assembled to your spec.
Reserve stock lives on our racks by the bin or pallet, billed monthly on space used, and feeds FBA as sales pull it.
Case packing, box-content data and carrier hand-off to whichever fulfillment centers Amazon assigns — often starting with MIA1 up the road.
You drop cartons on a morning drive, or your supplier delivers pallets straight to 8871 NW 102nd St.
Units tallied against your PO, condition inspected, photos taken of anything that didn't survive transit.
FNSKU labels, poly bags, bubble, bundles and expiry stickers — scan-verified before cartons seal.
Shipments leave for Amazon's assigned FCs the day they're sealed; you watch check-ins from Seller Central.
Condo living and inventory don't mix. Reroute supplier deliveries to our Medley dock and the concierge never has to see a pallet jack again.
Since January 2026 that's everyone's story — Amazon no longer preps or labels in the US. We apply and scan-verify every FNSKU before a carton closes, so check-in problems stop at our table.
You don't. Your forwarder clears the cargo, delivers it ten minutes to our dock, and your involvement shrinks to reading the receiving report we send.
Liquids get poly-bagged or shrink-wrapped, fragile glass gets bubble, and expiry dates get checked at receiving. The category's failure modes are exactly what prep exists to prevent.
Roughly 30 minutes in normal traffic. The usual run from Aventura is Ives Dairy Road to I-95 south, then the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826) west, exiting at NW 103rd St — our dock at 8871 NW 102nd St in Medley is minutes from the ramp. Off-peak it can be quicker; weekday afternoons on I-95, plan for the longer end.
Both work, and Aventura clients genuinely split. If your stock arrives at your condo or office in a few cartons, driving it over on a morning errand is usually cheaper and faster than parcel labels. If suppliers ship you pallets, skip your address entirely and route freight straight to our Medley dock — we receive it, count it against your PO and start prep.
Yes — beauty is one of the categories we see most from the Aventura area. Cosmetics typically need poly bagging or shrink wrap to prevent leaks, expiration-date labels where Amazon requires them, and careful FNSKU placement that doesn't cover ingredient panels. We handle all of that as standard prep; our cosmetics prep guide covers the category rules in detail.
Yes. A lot of Aventura commerce runs on Latin American supply lines, and Miami is the natural entry point. Have your forwarder clear the goods (we recommend DDP terms — we aren't the importer of record and don't do customs brokerage) and deliver to our Medley address. Air cargo through MIA reaches us about ten minutes after it leaves the airport.
Yes. There's no setup fee and no monthly minimum, so a boutique operation sending one shipment a month pays only per-unit rates for the work actually done. Plenty of our clients started exactly there — a fashion or beauty side business run from an Aventura condo — and scaled volume without ever changing their logistics setup.
That's a common reason Aventura sellers call us. We hold reserve stock on racks by the bin or pallet, billed monthly on the space you actually use, and release it into FBA as your sales pull it. Your home stays a home, and Amazon only holds what it needs to hold.
Prep completes within 24–48 hours of receiving, and sealed shipments hand off to carriers the same day. Amazon's MIA1 fulfillment center in Opa-locka is about 12 minutes from our dock, so when Amazon assigns nearby, check-in can follow remarkably quickly after your drop-off or delivery.
Yes — give your supplier or forwarder our Medley address as the delivery point and send us the PO details. We count the arrival against your PO, photograph any damage, and report before prep begins. Many Aventura clients run the whole cycle this way and only visit the warehouse out of curiosity.
Yes. We apply expiration-date labels in the format Amazon requires, check dates during receiving so short-dated stock gets flagged before it ships, and keep lot consistency inside each shipment. For Aventura's beauty-heavy seller base this is routine work, not a special request.
Send the quote form with what you sell, roughly how many units move monthly, and whether stock will be dropped off or shipped in. You'll have per-unit pricing and receiving instructions within one business day — then your first cartons can be on our dock the same week.
