From Hallandale Beach Blvd take I-95 south, exit onto the Palmetto Expressway (FL-826) westbound, and come off at NW 103rd St — the warehouse district is right there. Message your account contact before you leave so paperwork is ready when you pull up.
Plan on 30–35 minutes in normal traffic — it's about 20 miles, nearly all of it on I-95 and the Palmetto. Leaving mid-morning after the commute clears is the sweet spot; a Friday afternoon run against beach traffic can stretch well past that, so we'd suggest shipping in that week instead.
Yes — if the inventory never enters the condo. High-rise living and FBA stock don't mix: freight carriers won't deliver pallets to a residential tower, building management objects to carton stacks, and storage units add a second stop to every restock. Route supplier deliveries straight to our Medley dock and your unit stays a home, not a warehouse.
That's a setup we know well. Your suppliers ship to us year-round, we prep and forward to Amazon on the usual 24–48 hour cycle, and you review receiving reports and photos from wherever you are. Nothing in the operation requires you to be in Florida — plenty of our clients only see the warehouse a few weeks a year, if at all.
It should. Give your forwarder our Medley address as the delivery point and the goods clear through PortMiami or MIA and come directly to our dock — we receive containers, LCL and air cargo daily. You arrange the freight and customs side (we recommend DDP terms and are not the importer of record); we count, inspect and prep once it arrives.
