FNSKU Labeling in Miami — Bring It Unlabeled, Leave It to Us

A kitchen table, a laser printer and five hundred units of misapplied stickers — that's how most Miami sellers do labeling until the first stranded shipment. Bring the stock to our Medley dock instead: we print the FNSKUs from your listings, apply and scan-verify every barcode, and turn the batch around in 24–48 hours. It ships to Amazon from here or you swing back and collect it.

The local labeling problem

Since Amazon stopped labeling, every Miami seller needs a sticker room — or a dock like ours

Quick answer: Amazon US ended its FBA labeling service on January 1, 2026 — arrive with a missing or bad FNSKU now and the units strand, with damage and loss on unprepped goods excluded from reimbursement. A local labeling stop fixes this for Miami sellers with a drive instead of a freight bill: drop the stock in Medley, we print, apply and scan-verify, and it's Amazon-bound in 24–48 hours.

Labeling is deceptively easy to do badly. The barcode prints fuzzy off an inkjet. A helper stickers fifty units from the wrong listing. The label lands over a seam and half-scans. None of it shows until Amazon's receivers can't process the shipment — and since 2026, nobody at the FC is fixing it for you.

Sellers far from a prep hub have to mail their inventory somewhere to get this handled. Miami sellers don't. This metro holds one of the country's densest seller communities — arbitrage runners in Kendall, brand owners in Doral, importers working the Latin America lanes — and nearly all of them are within a half-hour drive of our dock in Medley's warehouse district.

So the service is built around the car trunk and the box truck, not the freight quote. You come in with raw units; we pull FNSKUs from your listing data, print on thermal stock, apply, and fire a scanner at every single barcode before the batch is called done. Then it ships to Amazon from our floor — MIA1 is about twelve minutes out — or waits for your pickup.

Labeling jobs

What Miami sellers bring us to sticker

Raw

Unlabeled new stock

Supplier cartons with bare UPCs or no barcodes at all — counted in, FNSKU'd per listing, and released Amazon-compliant.

Redo

Removal-order relabeling

Stock Amazon sent back gets graded, re-stickered and repackaged locally, then re-enters FBA instead of retiring to your garage.

Air

MIA arrivals

Air cargo clearing ten minutes away comes straight over, gets labeled the same intake, and continues into FBA without leaving the neighborhood.

Fix

Mislabel rescue

Wrong-listing stickers and unreadable barcodes covered with correct, verified labels — the cheap fix for an expensive stranding.

Plus

Label-adjacent prep

Poly bags with suffocation warnings, bubble, expiration-date labels and case packing run in the same pass when your ASIN requires them.

Out

Ship or collect

Finished batches ride a carrier to Amazon from our dock — or get staged for your scheduled pickup, whichever the batch calls for.

Drop-off to done

A labeling batch, start to finish

BATCH 01

You arrive (or freight does)

Trunk load, box truck or inbound shipment reaches the Medley dock; units are counted in against your list.

BATCH 02

Labels print here

FNSKUs pull from your listings and print on thermal stock, sized to the product — no home-printer gambles.

BATCH 03

Apply & scan every unit

Stickers go on flat, over any old barcode, and each one must beep past the scanner before it counts.

BATCH 04

Amazon-bound or curbside

Within 24–48 hours the batch ships toward MIA1 and beyond — or waits at the dock for your pickup window.

Sticker emergencies

Labeling messes that walk through our door

01

"I stickered 800 units with last year's FNSKU."

It happens to careful people. Drive the batch over; correct labels print here, go on over the old ones, and every unit re-scans before it leaves — usually inside two business days.

02

"My removal order has been sitting in my spare bedroom since spring."

Send the next one to Medley instead. It arrives, gets graded and re-stickered, and returns to FBA as sellable stock — your bedroom stays a bedroom.

03

"My shipment window closes Friday and nothing is labeled."

Call first, then drive. If the queue allows it we'll commit to a slot at the fast end of the 24–48 hour window — and tell you straight if it doesn't.

04

"My supplier air-shipped to MIA and Amazon won't take unlabeled units."

Reroute the cleared freight ten minutes east to our dock. It gets opened, counted, labeled and forwarded — the detour costs hours, not a week of storage at a cargo handler.

FAQ

FNSKU labeling in Miami — questions

Can I bring unlabeled inventory to your Medley dock for FNSKU labeling?

Yes — this is the core of our local labeling service. Bring your cartons or pallets to 8871 NW 102nd St, Medley, FL 33178 on any weekday between 9:00 and 18:00. We count the units in with you, print the FNSKUs from your listing data, apply and scan-verify every label, and the batch either ships to Amazon from here or waits for you to collect it.

How fast can a Miami drop-off batch be labeled and ready?

Our standard window is 24–48 hours from receiving, and compact local drop-off jobs typically come out at the fast end of it — dropped off one morning, Amazon-ready the next business day. If you're racing a Seller Central shipment deadline, call before you drive over and we'll tell you honestly where your batch would land in the queue.

Amazon removed my inventory — can you relabel the removal order here in Miami?

Yes, and it's one of our most requested local jobs. Set our Medley address as the removal destination: arriving units are graded, stickered over with fresh FNSKUs where the old barcode is wrong or unreadable, repackaged if the poly bag or box took damage, and sent back into FBA. What used to be dead stock in your garage becomes live inventory again without leaving Miami-Dade.

Do I need to print FNSKU labels before dropping off, or do you handle printing?

We print. Share the listing file or the FNSKUs from Seller Central and we generate the labels on thermal stock at the correct size for each product. If you've already printed your own, we'll apply those instead — after checking they actually scan, because a pre-printed sheet from a home printer is where many labeling failures start.

Amazon no longer offers labeling — what are Miami sellers supposed to do now?

Since January 1, 2026, Amazon US no longer applies FNSKU labels on sellers' behalf, and unprepped units that arrive damaged or go missing fall outside reimbursement. So the label has to be right before the box ships. For Miami sellers the practical answer is a labeling stop that's already on the way — our dock sits about twelve minutes from Amazon's MIA1 building in Opa-locka.

My import lands at MIA air cargo — can it be FNSKU-labeled before it goes to Amazon?

That's an ideal routing. MIA's cargo complex is roughly ten minutes from our warehouse, so cleared air freight reaches us the same day it releases. We open it, count it, label every unit with scan verification, and forward it into FBA — the goods make one short local hop instead of arriving at Amazon naked and getting stranded.

Some of my units carry old or wrong FNSKU stickers — can those be fixed locally?

Yes. Wrong-listing stickers, expired parent-child mappings and unscannable labels are covered over with correctly printed FNSKUs — we don't stack barcodes where two could confuse a scanner without covering the old one. Bring the batch to Medley or ship it over; each corrected unit is scan-checked before release.

Can I schedule a specific drop-off or pickup time at the Miami warehouse?

Yes — call or note it in your quote request and we'll set a window inside business hours, Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00. Scheduling matters mostly for pallet-scale drop-offs that need a dock door, or pickups where you want the labeled batch staged and ready to load the moment you arrive.

After labeling, do you ship to Amazon or do I collect my stock?

Your choice, per batch. Most clients have us build the shipment and hand it to the carrier — it's finished inventory heading to nearby FCs anyway. Local sellers who prefer to run their own trips to Amazon, or who need the goods back for a market or a wholesale order, collect at the dock instead. Some do both from a single batch.

What does FNSKU labeling in Miami cost me to find out?

Nothing — send the form with your unit count, product type and whether you'll drop off or ship in, and per-unit labeling pricing comes back within one business day. There's no setup fee and no minimum batch size, so a few hundred units from a Hialeah garage is as welcome as a full pallet run.
